Royal Perth hospital

Tuesday 0700 hrs Breakfast meeting. 1 hour meeting for consultants, junior medical staff and critical care nurses. Formal presentations on diverse topics in ICU advertised by internal memo alternating with journal club review of recent articles from the critical care literature.

Tuesday 0900 hrs Resident Medical Officer teaching. Lectures targetted to RMOs and junior registrars on issues relevent to clinical ICU practice.

Friday 0900 hrs Resident Medical Officer teaching. Lectures targetted to RMOs and junior registrars on issues relevent to clinical ICU practice.

Friday afternoons (times vary) ICU exam clinical practice. 2 hours "Hot" and "Cold" case practical training for candidates of ICU fellowship exit exams.

Mount Hospital

Wednesday 0830 hrs RMO education meeting. Lectures targetted to RMOs and junior registrars on issues relevent to clinical ICU practice.

Wednesday 0830 hrs RMO education meeting. Lectures targetted to RMOs and junior registrars on issues relevent to clinical ICU practice.
